Help with this Altima! ( i know its a FWD)

Hey guys heres my specs and issue(s)... an adventure story....

02 2.5s Altima 5-speed.
149k miles

Mods: Intake(short now due to alot of rain), OBX headers( i dont want to hear it, they have been great on my car).

Issue: My car does not turn on.

Being on lunch at work at chepotle ( yum!) I call my dad to see if he can give me any ideas? He tells me to put the gear in 5th and crank for a sec to move the flywheel into a diff position. I try that and the car turns on. WTF I SAY! So I got the Cam POS sensor/ electronic malfunction Code. I swapped out the Sensor and things seemed good....

My fix was shortlived, the car started to NOT turn on completely randomly.
Basically I would drive it ( without any issues) turn it of then when i went like 5 min late to turn it on( CRANK CRANK CRANK CRANK CRANK CRAN...)
NOTHING!

I changed the starter( since it was old as bread and full of carbon deposits( clutch) Nothing except a better sounding starter.

I checked the plugs, All good, checked the spark on all 4 plugs good, checked fuel pump pumping, good, check Piston compression ( all of em were about 150) good.

then I get these codes:

p1122---electronic throttle contrl malfunction
P1121----ABS/TCS control performance malfunction
P1102---MA circuit /performance error

I read that these sometimes can be caused by faulty or dirty connections.I
Clean the maf with maf cleaner, and the 2 throttle body connectors with electronic connection cleaner.

p0507----idle control system RPMsystem malfunction


I get this code as soon as i connect them back in and figure out that those sensors need a RELEARN to be performed. So I do this.

All codes gone.

My issue. CAR STILL RANDOMLY DOES NOT TURN ON, all it does is F#@$@ crank and crank and crank. then by some F#$#@ miracle of GOD it turns on.

I am going to get another car (hopefully a 350) by the end of this week. I just cant let this one Go without figuring out what is wrong with it, and or how to make it work for one last week!!! HELP!
 
happened to my neighbor remove maf ,clean it with maf cleaner, and clean the electrical contacts done.
 
I cleaned em already. Codes are gone and haven't poped up again. Motor still doesn't turn on randomly. :/ and yes I Googled all the codes already
 
its flooded... pull the fuel pump fuse, push the accelerator down to the floor and try to start the car. Thats what i did on the neigbors it started after a few tries.

You know that's what I think so too. Last time it happened it turned on after 20 seconds of cranking. I will try this next time it acts up. Any idea why the hell it floods?? I just want to make it last b4 I get another carvthis weekend.
 
from what i guess. the maf pegs rich and floods the car with fuel. The more you crank the worse it gets.
 
Hmm Kk I'm going to see if my obd app can see wtf my maf is doing. I've replaced so many sensors already I was in-between the maf and the throttlebody sensor. I don't have time to fix this thing anymore so ill see if this does anything thanks homie

I just checked my OBD2 scanner, had a cyl2 misfire detected. I had already swapped out the sparkplug and coil-on-plug from #2 cyl to #4 cyl, so Idk why its still throwing that code. (educate me plz if you know)

I checked the compression and the avrg was 150 in all pistons ( i did both wet and dry tests).

From the manual, the gas pump. filter and regulator are all apparently housed in 1 unit in the gas tank. I dont have a fuel PSI gauge or meter but i did check flow and that is at least going.

( if you see some pics are 2x cause it was fluctuating between lean and rich)

Replace your cam and crank angle positon sensors with the proper updated ones

Ill put a thousand dollars on it!

Dont ask questions just do it. Problem will be fixed.

Dude, I went to a Nissan dealer in Orlando, got both and swapped em... like a week ago.
Again the same shit. Except no codes.

I understand why u would bet that. I did the same that's why I swapped em.

Now u get why I'm pulling wats left of my hair out. :/

I know those sensors are shit on altima ,( idk about others) anyhow I went to a mech and told em to read the voltage pulses from the sensors, they were at stock settings. U want to paypal me those 1000 dollars now? Lol

When it doesn't run are you missing spark or injector pulse? Is there an aftermarket alarm? Do you have any codes? I didn't read everything. Pm me for help.
