Good luck w/ that myth... I knew this one guy he was dating a 15 yearold when he was 17, and got arrested when she was 17 because he was fucking a minor...

no he was 19 she was 17, but they were dating for 2 years before.... given the charges were dropped, but its not worth the legal drama.

ive read the statue, and several police officers on another florida board have said the same......
