I need a little advice about a trade I was offered...

So some of you know me and my car, anyways I was offered a trade for it, another S14, I'll list some of the differences and you tell me what you think of it,

It'll just help me to have another opinion

Mine

1996 SE (fog lights, spoiler, 5 lug)

2 front end accidents (decently fixed but has wrinkled bits of frame)
clean title
5 speed conversion
super nice black paint
no rear interior
no a/c
mods - short shifter, intake, exhaust, springs, strut bar)


His

1996 base 4 lug

no accidents
clean title
factory 5 speed
faded black paint
no rear interior
has a/c
windows don't work
no mods


Basically there are some things that need addressed with both cars, I'm just caught on the fact that it was a 5 speed from the day it rolled off the assembly line and the frame is super straight..

How is this not an easy decision.

Yours has damage that does not.
Yours you have to roll windows down that has Ac so fuck windows.
Done.

It's has no mods so its a virgin.

Seems win to me

i agree with crazy, you dont need windows when you have a/c. plus i'm sure regulators dont cost that must and are pretty straight forward to put in.
