ok im pretty much ready to get a turbo on my new drift car. i would like to know what u guys would recommend (t03/t04, t28, t30 ,etc). i dont need big power but i would like to be around 300 whp. i already have a 3" exhaust bigger fuel pump etc. just let me know what u would do if u were me if that makes sense

what type of engine this turbo u are looking for, would help.

also a price range/limit is nice to know too

whats a t30?

and u know just slaping a big turbo on ur car wont give 300hp. u need to invest in supporting mods(ignition upgrade, some type of tuning system, fuel upgrade-injectors, fpr etc)

please reseach. nicoclub, has many sections when people post there setups with dyno charts.

you can make 300whp on a t28. first of all what motor are you using? whats gonna be ur budget for the build.

so then get an SR20 or an RB if money is not an issue and you want to do it right...

for a KA just get a small t3/t4 and run like 7-9lbs you wont make 300hp but it will be way more reliable. My question is did you biuld the KA cause if not shits gonna go boom real quick.

if ur a ka man and want to stick with that go ahead.. but if u wanna run a 300whp setup on ka theres lots of things u would need to do. u gotta spend atleast 3grand to build the engine cuz if ur gonna turbo it dont go half ass. i would recommed SR . a 300hp setup isnt hard even with a t25 turbito and i dont know but u might need a stronger tranny. i dont know how much a ka tranny would hold...for sure not 300whp. you would could try a Z32 tranny swap

first off i cant how over used the sr is id like to be alittle different and rock the ka. i understand how much better the sr is but i dont want to just slap a engine in and be done. secound i was looking at the t3/t4 and yes i do plan on a serious rebuild just gotta get a target turbo. thanks for your opinions keep them coming.

Before you go on and turbocharge your car, let me ask you.... Have you drifted before? Are you good at it? How long have you been drifting the N/A set up?

If you answered no to the first question, I suggest staying N/A, and learn how to slide first. My advice.

thanks ive slid around for a bit u kno street stuff. but i kno its diff and im prob going to be rockin the n/a for awhile i just wanted to get a goal and organize my prioritys. next week im gettin my diff welded together

english please!

I strongly suggest you put your money down for an event, and come out and play for all the right reasons. I know the street is there and free (if you don't get caught that is), but going to the track and being in a stress free environment really allows you to concentrate on what you are doing and what you are learning. Events are well worth the money.

Another question, do you have any suspension done to your car?
