I was told today.... 240sx Drifting?

Mike if on sunday ur there. Hop into richies coupe with me. Real simple.

Keep sliding on the gas. If your timing or steering is slow you do this.

While on the gas start counter steering earlyer let off so that when the car starts to straighten out your already countersteering. If the wheels are pointed straight the car will still continue to oversteer if your on the gas. Hence why you can steer earlyer while still being on the gas. Whats happening to you is that your letting the car start sliding back before you start to counter. You need to let off once you got the counter and start the counter earlyer. The same problem you have in that turn is the same problem @ turn 4 on the skidpad that you kept missing. Its just practice dude. Youll get it.

Soon enough youll be asking me how to do that same turn without lifting and using left foot brake to slow the car down. While maintaining angle and the rpms up.
 
i think im affraid to ride with guille....but on the other hand i think he would make the front of my pants very happy also!!! guille for pres!

No idea where that came from but ok. If i can do it with coils and a vsld in richies coupe alot of these other s13 drivers should have no problem...

Just when your in mid drift (your drifting to the left already)..
-let off gas completley or a little bit
-counter WITH the car while it kicks the other way (while it kicks the back to the left and you face right)
-Once it goes from turning left, to straight and RIGHT when it gets to turn to the right GAS and counter again.
-you just transitioned!
