i guess im gonna hav to get a spool gun for the mig and fuck a couple manifolds up till i get sometin im happy with, how would i calculate the volume of the stock manifold??

If you took geometry, it's easy to calculate the volume - it also depends on the shape of the stock you're going to use.

But the ideal size of the manifold should be around double the displacement of the engine if I remember correctly.

there is a company that makes one and they are pretty well priced too... let me see if i can find it. actually its that company that made that one in the link... google them you will see that they make one for the sohc along with some other shit.
