Yeah he steers with one hand and lets the wheel like slide in the other hand. Not sure how I feel about that haha. But yeah he hits the throttle a LOT, gotta make noise, gives you an advantage over someone who isn't good enough to do or think of that.

I learned about that from watching in car with JR last year at Longbeach. I was like "ooooooh that's how you make noise all the time". It's really noticebale if I don't do that 'cause my car is so loud. So I started trying to constantly blip throttle if I'm ebrake extending and stuff. I love in car video so much haha
