just bought a 240, need some help

I just bought a 240, its a 91. I was noticing this particular vehicle comes with a lot of crap pertaining to the steering. I am going to be dropping a 2jzgtte in and was wondering how do I remove all the steering stuff? I dont even want the steering wheel in, it is only going to go up and down a trailor, and to the strip. Any help? thanks.
