ok i have a 91 240sx, my tranny is making a sound like the bad throwout bearing but i replaced it and its still there. i have replaced the clutch, presssure plate, pilot, throwout twice, slave , clutch master cylinder , and fliuds. it feels as if the throwout bearing wont quite release from the pressure plate. the pedal still wont come all the way up. any ideas or input?
 
if it makes nosie when the clutch is not pressed then its the bearings if it makes nosie only in gear its prob output shaft bearing. if you started the car in neutral after u changed the clutch with no fluid in the tranny then thats what messed it up or maybe they have alot of miles
 
what brand throwout bearing is it? if it makes nosie when you press the clutch it's either the throwout or the fins of the pressure plate but you said you already changed that. i wouldnt worry about the tranny just use it untill the nosie bothers you too much or it beaks it probably last a good time.

the trowout is oem and the pressure plate was changed last year, when i changed the throwout bearing earlier, i noticed the pressure plate had a ring/groove from the throwout bearing.
