ka24det t25 idle problems need help!!!!!

Well ill start with the setup
Ka24de stock
T25 setup off an Sr
Apexi safc2
Plx wideband
S15 injectors
Xtd 6 and exedy pp
Maximal e60 maf setup 4in and 5out on the safc
255 walbro
Stock fpr
Ngk bkr7e gaped to .35
Cxracing front mount
And my exhaust cuts off at the resonator

Well the car is super hard to start and when It does it idled like crap when cold and I have to mess wither the afc to get it to idle higher and when i let off the gas it goes straight to lean and pops like crazy. Now when i cruise it drives great and goes well into boost :bigthumbbut when its at idle I have cylinder #2 and 3 are dead when i pull the wires. I checked the compression and i have 83 in #1, 53 in #2, 58 in#3 and 89 in #4. My plugs are black as hell in those two cylinders and i don't think I have an intake leak cause I cover the maf lightly and it shuts off right away. I have used seafoam yesterday and i really don't feel much a difference. The cylinders only die at idle though cause when i hold the revs up and pull the wire it sputters. It's not tuned or anything but I want to at least get it idleing right so I can get it dyno tuned. Could it be bad valves seats , heavy carbon build up? Any help or ideas are great Im at my last resort to pull the head and do a valve job. Thanks in advance.
 
This won't fix your problem but the gap on your plugs is way to high gap them to 27
 
if im not mistaking your compression is mad low. n get a aftermarket fpr(igot one if you need one) maybe itll help.
 
Yea.. compression is crazy low... What are the settings on the hi and lo? Th point? Try setting the lo to 0% and adjust about -27% that's for 370cc injectors. You will need to keep going down for s15 (550?) Is that right? I'm slowly fixing issues on my ka t setup.

Sorry guys I messed up the compression numbers its in the hundreds i didn't realize I didn't add the ones. And my safc numbers are not set cause i have to mess with them to get it right.
 
Look for a base tune or something on ka-t.org. I still can't find it.. that should help.. if you find it post it. I'm.searching as I type.

Try this. Lean it out till you can get a good idle.



Yea I tried that already its how I got it to start up but i think it might be a mechanical problem more than tuning. Then again I might be totally wrong I just need some what an idea I haven't came across yet before I tear the head off and get a valve job. That dead cylinders at idle is what I'm trying to diagnose mostly.
 
You're running s15 injectors and a n60 maf. That's your problem. Drop in back your stock injectors and stock maf and turn it on. You'll thank me later. Oh and that safc, chuck that shit as far as you can from your back yard. They're fucking useless.
 
Started to take apart the engine and decided to test the injectors. Found that # 2 and 3 leaked like hell so I got new seals and all is good. I started it up and I idled for a while great then it lowered till it cut off. Now I starts but shuts right off unless I open the throttle. Can the stock fpr handle the 255fp and the 440 injectors?
