koyo rad smoking

i just got my koyo radiator in my s13 sr i topped it off but its smoking like crazy did i do somethin g wrong ive never installed a radiator help? im running a stock s13 rad cap is that fine?

stock s13 rad cap should be fine. Was the engine cool when u installed it?
maybe it isn't full yet, because the thermostat opened and all the water u put in it went to the engine.

If not that, then maybe you spilled a bunch of water or coolant on the radiator and now that you ran it, it is smoking.
