Lifters? Timing Chain? Noise!!

my dohc is doing the same noise. just a hint of a rattle at revs when its cold. i let it warm up and it goes away. BUT my oil light is coming on and staying on when its cold, when it warms up its good. and sometimes when driving itll come on. the car has plenty of oil and just a bit over the line cause i slide everyday pretty much

any ideas fellas?

figured. fml i dont feel like taking it apart since i just got it done. its got 166k miles on it tho lol

rule of thumb for these oil lights and what not specially if your buying a used car if the light takes more than 2 seconds to turn off after the initial start i points to signs of future oil pump problems or oil starvation with the exception of the initial start after an oil and filter change.

it used to stay on for a few seconds then go off. now it takes a while and blinks till its warm.

that was the promblem all along, single cam.
