Looking for website designer/programmer (PHP, MYSQL, JAVA, etc) & graphic designer

Well the title pretty much says it all. I'm looking for a Website Programmer/Designer that can work with PHP, MYSQL, JAVA, FLASH, AJAX, etc. We are also looking for a graphic designer that can work real good with Photoshop, Illustrator and flash.

I'm looking for peoplee that are very experienced and could possibily should us previous work that they have done.

If anyone here is like a pro then that would be awesome
