Why dont you work on the rust instead of seats? LMFAO..

Wanna pay for my body work? I thought not. I'd rather do performance mods than have a nice looking car, ricer. Why don't you paint that black fender? Ok then, STFU. :bigthumbu

Anyway, I have a friend with ebay seats, and they are just fine. I will tell you of the quality when I get them at the door.

Whats the point of buying new seats if your sunroof leaks water in? after a while there gonna get nasty like the oem ones... You should have fixed the sunroof first then bought those seats..RICERCAKES!!

BTW you can fix those rust spot it would have been cheaper than those seats!!!

Ok. So fixing rust for 500 bucks is less than $200 seats? Real smart Abraham. This isn't a show car. It will not be my daily driver when I get to Tennessee, it's a strictly track car. Did I strip the interior because it looks nice? Anyway, I can tape a bag to my sunroof to stop the leaks. :bigthumbu

A bag wow?

Yes, a bag. It get's the job done, can be done in 2 minutes, and it's free. I'm telling you right now, this car is not about looks. If I wanted a car for looks, I would have gotten an S14, like yours. I bought this car for one reason, and that is to drift. Not to race, not to have a show car, but to drift. I don't live in the fantasy world of Tokyo Drift and believe a drift car has to look nice in order to drift. I bought a bucket seat to be held in place so I can concentrate on drifting instead of worrying about which window I am going to fly out of. Once I have the car where I want it, performance wise, then I will do the body work, paint it the same color it is now, and presto. :bigthumbu

wtf wat are da pros and cons bout ebay seats all this shit bout them bein death seats wat else is a seat suppose to do other than hold your ass and grip u lol??

^Well I can put in my .02 unfortunatly... I bought a set of the fake brides (brix II) from a friend who was too big for them. they were brand new, unused. Granted, it is not a fixed back seat but it felt great, looked perfect, and worked great until...

I was drifting at the naples track, just me and josh. Going around a corner in mid-drift when all of a sudden I am looking at the roof and sitting in the back seat. The entire back rest BROKE OFF  . I had to wedge a bunch of shit behind it just to sit me up to get home and it was not very comfortable and really not safe. And i missed out on hours of free drifting, and this was on the COMPLETE (pre destruction) track

When I got home I puled all the cloth and padding off to revel the frame. To my surprise, it looked like it was tacked together with JB weld. And I even doubt the welds were as good as JB weld. That is the difference. I looks and feels exactly the same as the original but TRUST me they are not. If I would have been rear ended with that seat in my car I would have had my back broken at best.

Again, my experience was not with a fixed back seat but trust me. There is a reason Sparco, Bride, etc sells fixed back seats for $500 and up. I now run my stock seat until I can afford a proper fixed back. I hope your seats are better but do not be surprised when you find yourself wishing you would have bought one "proper" seat instead of two ebay specials...

Thank you for sharing your experience. Before I fit them onto my car, I am going to take a good look at them.
