if the owner knew what they were talking about i much rather read that. now if there was someone who wasnt a complete moron talking about a supra it would be nice to see something different.

A complete moron? I've worked on varieties of cars and built a variety of motors from a 450hp B18C1 94 Integra on 17psi with a T04E Turbonetics, Dart block, Eagle crank, rods, J&E 9:1 compression pistons, with an injector driver, and edelbrock victor-x intake manifold, and summit 3" dump pipe, to a 408CI SBC Shoebox nova with a 9in ford rearend, 3 speed power glide, with 13:1 compression forged internals and a .602 lift cam.

My driveway is worth more than all the cars you'll own in the next decade.

Your car is definitely choice. And they aren't typical 002 sportmaxx's.

It's just this guy feels the need to come out of no where and start talking about my car and insult my knowledge.

I've probably had more people come to me to have their motor set TDC than he's changed spark plugs.

The only reason they put him on "Team Need for Speed" was because he was "a true grassroots drifter." Basically because he fiberglassed shit back together and didn't have a crazy swap. I don't care what he does, I'm just saying the reason he's where he is period is BECAUSE he had a KA-T.

Him being on NFS was only because he had a KA-t. Nothing to do with his driving ability.
Sponsors dont care about cool looking cars or what motors in your car. They care about your marketability, and if you consistantley are in the main show (top 16+.)
Matt appeals to the young, hip crowd. The kids that will blab about him and what he does on the internet.
Lets look at this thread for example. Its 4 pages long. Yeah, sure, its you being a nerd about his motor, but people see this thread coming back up, and keep reading Matt Powers, Matt Powers, Matt Powers. The buzz around him this year is making his marketability go through the ROOOOFFFF.
When he's out there winning events and getting cut fat checks, you'll still be sitting here whining about the sick 427 aluminum small block thats in his car.
