I was wondering if anybody here has taken the mensa test, I wana take it just to see if i pass or not, I took like a pretest on their site and it said i would prb pass but i only got 20/30 on it i wanted to c if their similar in anyway or if the real mensa test is alot harder.:ugh: for those who dont know http://www.mensa.org/

its a test that my dad wants me to take cuz he thinks im a genius, it basically labels u to be a genius if u pass... one of the kids in my ap chem class passed this test and he has a card that says hes a certefied genius
 
oh wow. ahah, a card that says your a certified genius. i bought a mensa puzzle book a while back, hard ass shit. well what do you expect when its written by the geniuses of the world lol. try it if ya got nothing to lose and if you do pass my hats off to you. i'd always thought how cool it'd be to be a genius, lol. guess i'd consider myself mildly bright haha so i decided i was going to study engineering as its a good way to apply smarts in the most practical way; otherwise your either teaching or doing research.

I answered the first 8 questions and gave up.

Its just a practice test but thx. I'll feel accomplished in a few weeks though when I get my degrees. :)
 
degrees for what?

a card that says your a certified genius would actually be badass, i can see it being an advantage in many situations. everytime you get into an argument you can just whip it out and say "shut up bitch, i r smart" and bam! end of discussion.
