minor things befor i finish my swap

Any one know where these two grounds go. these grounds are by the alternator, one of them i had labeled befor i pulled it out as the starter ground. could i just ground it anywhere? the smaller one is the one pissing me off it doesnt fit anywhere. any ideas?



and third.....this line comes from the tranny i have no idea what it hooks up to. any suggestions?

the one grounds to the battery tray or intake manifold. the red hose thing is a vent i believe. dont quote me

orange tube is the tranny vent it goes to the top bellhousing bolt

hey guys one more thing, i asked this in another thread i went ahead and filled the tranny fluid with 2 quartes....now i filled it through the top where the shifter is, but when i filled it it still seemed pretty empty. is two enough or do i gotta see some volume in the shifter area.

and one other thing..the starter ground up top in the pictures. do i bolt that to the starter speciafically or any where on the chasis cause i had it touch metal with the battery plugged on and it sparked. if so what part of the started?

the 12 or 14mm nut is where the wire goes on the starter. And two quarts is plenty.

thanks when u say to the starter bolts just any of the ones that run through the tranny right?

no if its a power wire it goes to the starter solenoid

i believe the tranny takes 2.5 quarts
