check ebay....i got lucky and got mine brand new for 50 bucks....but the brand i have they range 200 and up...and remember it has to be dot snell approved and also... how much do u value your head? think about that when buying! but id go to a motorcycle shop and try on a few so u know what fits and feels good before u order online!

buy a snell approved SA2000 or higher since the motorcycle helmets are not good enough for the car racing, drifting etc.. specially once you start tandeming you need to make sure that you have the proper helmet, suit etc...

Every 5 years. Before SA2005, it was SA2000.
