If anyone ever has aluminum cylinder head damage, dropped valve, misc nut or bolt that has been spit out or corroded water jackets, damaged valve seats. 99% of the time I can perform the necessary welding to repair the head. Ive been repairing cylinder heads for a race engine builder for 2 years and have seen and fixed just about anything that can happen to a head. Anything from simple from gasket erosion to rebuilding the entire combustion chamber. Just putting that out there, its alot easier to repair a blueprinted race head then to replace it.

HmMMm... So you can repair damage - but do you also rebuild em? Any info on the company you work for?

I just tossed it out there that I can repair heads as long as they are not cracked. Its hard to crack an aluminum head. If your machine shop dose not want to repair damaged areas and you want to use the head and want them to do the machine work then let me know.

I work with my dad doing custom aluminum/stainless steel fabrication and welding.

I'll probably be getting in contact with you soon for some welding, to finish up my custom swap in the 86. I'm going crazy not being able to drft.

PS Oh and where were you all this time Mike lol.
