To much bondo... body filler likes to shrink when used in large amounts and that is not a good thing...

Anyway look at my work... those fenders had dents and the bumper used to have an indent where the nissan logo was... now it's impossible to tell were the repairs were made unless you pull the fender off and look on the inside.

Books while useful can only teach theory not application... most of what goes into quality bodywork is experence which is something I have and don't mind teaching.

Hey there, well if you want to learn how to do body work, sanding, painting, pulls, and much more. I think you should go to Sheridan Vocational Institute yes that place teach you and show you the right way.

It cost around $380 or $400 for each 2 months part time is located in Sheridan st. near 441 road(state rd. 7). City of Hollywood blvd.

I was taking some classes from them, cool teacher from ecuador (very professional). But i couldnt stay got bills to pay. I probably come back after July 2006.

You can actually take your car there, and use their tools 4 free and they will tell you what you should have to buy like sand paper, block, good quality paint plus some discount too, also you get to paint your car 4 free, you only buy the supplies and use their tools, Professional Tools. I guess $400 bucks for 2 months do it yourself plus some professional help will teach you pretty well.

yea theres also one on i think coconut creek blvd. and banks. i went there for automotive but there is also a body shop
