need help, s14 won't crank

alrite, so this the issue im runnin against.. got power to the starter switch and starter, ignition switch as well, but car wont crank. all fuses are fine. but i did notice that everytime i move the shifter ( in neutral ) the relays behind the ecu clicks n stops and sometimes it makes a buzzing sound and the fuel pump cuts on and off. :confused:

check the dual starter relay...
is ur clutch pedal bypassed for start?
do u have an alarm with a kill switch?(not that its engaged just that it may have triggered the circuit to go funny)
u need a test light to really kno...
it sound simple
