How much will it cost to do a good tune on my turbo 97 kouki. The mods on the car are a t25 turbo, walbro fuel pump, sr injectors, z32 maf sensor. I have the aem fic system in my house, installed the aem uego and the apexi avcr. need all those to be connected correctly and tuned. How much am i looking into? George from JG Auto quoted me 500 to install the aem fic and 150 to do the tune. is that good or what?

Guess your engine still seafoaming without the seafoam huh? I'm still the proud owner of a 92 coupe paperweight so don't worry buddy.
 
That sounds like a pretty good quote. I'm not sure on how much a tune is, mine was 300 for a powerFC dyno tune. 500 seems a little steep to install, i thought it would be more like 150 install and 500 for the tune. Try hitting up more tuning shops, there are some great places in orlando if thats close.
 
well i just got my s14 built at premiere performance, thats nigel down that way with the 1000+hp rb26 zenki, hes gunna charge my 160 to do the tune so i hope that give your a margin for tune price. Just keep in mind its not the price you should be shopping for its experience
