all true.. and since you guys think nick is some kinda drifter.... now thanks to him the shit is really going to hit the fan now with the drifting scene and not in a good way either. im talking about cops giving you shit now to the tenth degree if you have a car that is considered a drift car, not only that, but with these other race tracks that you guys try to hard to get so that we can pratice on them. now they will think less of drifting cause of the bad publicty it may get cause of this... hopefully they will just leave the name drifting out of anything that has the name nick hogan in it as well.

and im not trying to be smart or anything this is a serious post.

tony the updates are cool with me, what i cant take is people that dont even drift making some dumb fucking comment cause they plain dislike the guy. Yeah the guy fucked up and he is going to pay for it, that has nothing to do with " oh he is a rich spoiled brat, he cant drive" etc....

dude, this is no going to make a difference, look how many people have die street racing and yet people are dying to hold drag racing events...

Agreed with on both accounts. I wouldn't care if he practiced with Kazama for a year - he's still the one doing the driving at the events. His actions outside the drift world do warrant scrutinization however and IMO, he's been behaving like a stereotypical, irresponsible, rich kid and deserves the same punishment any one of us would likely receive by replicating such actions. And that's all I'm interested in.

i don't think it would be a big problem actually. since this whole thing started, I have yet to read a news piece about it that states his participation in either FD or NOPI.

as for nick, hope he learned his lesson. if you want to race and be immature on the streets, make sure your on your own. when you bring someone else into your car and act stupid, their life is in your hands.
 
i dont have one negative thing to say about nick....but its the law...you do the crime u do the time! that should go for everyone blue coller to filthy rich! good luck nick and be safe!

I've street drifted thousands of times so I wont judge Nick for that. The way I see it, its just an unfortunate event. Look at Nomuken, Orido, and Koguchi...? They ALL street drift and have been on numerous videos doing so. Alot of you still look upto them right?

Why not Nick? Because hes rich? He does the same thing others do. Hes just bad at it.

Well, I know if I am riding with a friend, and we get pulled over, and I am not wearing my seatbelt, I get the ticket. He was careless and should be punished we all agree on that. But his friend should have had his seatbelt on.

Money talks bullshit walks however, Nick screwed up and so did the comatose friend. they both got in the car and his friend wasnt wearing the seatbelt therefore he got what was coming to him for taking that chance where he had control of what could possibly happen to him.

IMO i feel that Nick living such a plush life has distorted his since of reality thus giving him the lack of judgment and skills to fully understand how to operate on the level of society that much of us live at. It can bre assumed that he saw his father had made a name in wrestling and his sister trying to be a poptart that he wanted to make a name for himself in the auto culture that we enjoy.

I feel sorry for his friend but, we all make our beds and sleep in them. Nick made his choice therefore he must endure the consequences.

Nick keep your head up. To his friend keep him in your thoughts, and prayers.


I hope to see nick back on the track. Yes I know it wont be for acouple of years, but if thats what you want to do then keep up with it. Dont drop it.
