easy way to check the fuel regulator is to unplug the vac line to it, if it leaks fuel the regulator is bad, but whent hey go bad then they just run at max fuel pressure, those ussually dont go bad at all, if anything you would smell a strong fuel smell from the exahust.

I still think you cam timing is off, is your timing chain making noise?
 
Hey Finally Got The Problem Resolve It Was The Egr If I'm Not Mistaken The Name Of The Part, Its The Part Located Between Engine And Firewall The Peace That Open Intake When Its At Full Throttle, That Damn Peace It Was Making The Car Run With No Air At All. Hey If I Take This Things Out Will It Make A Difference.
