no start

i was asking about the maf casue for example if it stopped spark, im still getting spark, then its obviously good... and yea every single injector is firing at the same time...shit... does anyone live anywhere close by they can swing by and i can switch them out to check? i dont have much but ill pay you
 
Just try plugging up another ecu to it man.....did you just switch over from sohc to dohc? if so what ecu are you using and who wired up the dash connector?
 
did you check your plugs? i know you say there new but so were mine, take a plug out and stick into your plug wire and set it on valve cover crank car and see if it arks if not its fouled and you have to get new plugs and you better get a ecu or the new ones will foul in a few days.

im trying the problem is getting one, my friend is stopping by today after 5 so i will try, i switched from sohc to dohc and i did all the wiring and swap myself, using a 93 auto ecu

i bought brand new plugs, the coil arcs to ground, and every cylinder arcs to ground
 
ecu is plugged in all they way and i have compression in every cylinder, ill get some numbers later tonight... the car fires maybe once on every few revolutions i crank it

did you take the actual plug out of the cylinder then plug it into the wire and set it on the valve cover to see if it arcs to ground? if not do that and if that is ok then im lost ahah.

YES lol im not an idiot, thanks for all the help guys it turned out to be a fried ecu, so uh if anyone has one from an s13 dohc i need it :D
 
ok need more help, i got a working ecu, i plugged it up and car starts only when the fuel pump relay is jumped, checked continuity to every plug and voltage where it is needed and everything is good, the only thing i can see if the ecu isnt sending out the signal to close the relay, dont know why, problem number one. problem number two is i rewired the lower engine harness AFTER the car started fine, all i did was wire in the alternator ground wire, and now it wont start, no spark. i know its something simple, or at least i hope, does anyone have any input for these 2 problems?
