All NOPI licensed drivers will drive for free at all the Ter-Tech events in -08, This is going to be a great year for us and all the drivers and spectators. We also are now official NOPI qualifier in Florida. So the next event is going to be a NOPI qualifier in Feb 16th, -08.

and for the other question about cages you dont need it to qualy but you'd be smart to protect yourself anyways.
