dude just call the clerk at your local county courthouse...it takes 3 minutes and they tell you exactly what you need to do! quit being a retard and asking all the others how to fix this...seriously just type in your city and type in courthouse on yahoo search and you will find the clerks number and do yourself some good and maybe learn something and call them
