Oh just updating from the last post. I'm 173 now, not the 175 I hoped for by the end of this month but very close. I have one more month before I leave for boot camp (Jan 26th) so we'll see if I can put on more. I'm still going up on strength everytime I go, but not gaining much weight latley anymore.

wow i forgot to update.. opps well ive been sticking to my diet and work out routine for about 3 weeks or so ive lose about 19 lbs ill try to find some pics..
 
well new years update last time i posted i was at 208 im doing the same work out... twice a day at the gym and now im down to 194 my goal is 180 so i aint so far from it i came along way...
 
well since i dont post here that much i would like to share my fitness expernice... well im 24 yrs old.. im 6'0 and bout 6 weeks ago i was weighing about 250-255 not sure and yes i was a fat ass.. it started since i wasnt working so w/e i got tired of bein a fat bitch and looked up hydroxycut hardcore and said fuck it i bought the 210 caps and started my work out... i did minor shyt cuz i really didnt have any weights or anything i just rode 6 miles of bike in the morning and did sit up's push up's and worked my calvs did that twice a day for 4 weeks got down to 230... and then since i got some money i decided to join shaq fitness... so now about 2 start my 3rd week at the gym on wednesday... i have gotten to 208lbs doing alot of cardio and weight training and of course eating super healthy and 5 times aday and since i started goin 2 the gym i stopped taking hydroxycut since when i work out at the gym they make me feel funny so just wanted to share that with u... if your determained to loose weight u can 6 weeks and i lost in total of 50 lbs...and hydroxycut does work didnt think it will but it does

hey man you dont mind posting up some of the diet meals you ate??? or excersise plan you used?? i could loose 50 pounds :D!!
 
Well Another Update... One Week Later Well I Havent Weighed Myself Today But I Did Last Night And Now Im Down To 188.. I Decied To Go Down To 170 Also I Been Recommended To Use These Pills Called Apex Fat Burn 3 Alot Of The Trainers At The Gym Are Using It So Hopefully It Will Help Out To Get To My Target Weight And For The People Woundering What I Eat Just Eat Healthy And 4-6 Times A Day And No Soda..beer None Of That Shyt Drink Juice In The Morning And Just Drink A Shyt Load A Water A Day About A Gallon..and Excerse Do Cardio And Weight Training And Also Be Determained If U Wanna Loose The Weight Just Dont Slack Be On Your Shyt And Also Its All In Your Mind Too Push Yourself Dont Be Like The Dumbasses At The Gym Who Gets A Heavy Ass Weight And Just Do One Set Of 10 Get A Comfortable Weight And Do More Reps And You'll Do More Sets And You'll Start Gettin Higher In Weight As Weeks Come.. But Everyones Body Is Different Im Just Sharing Whats Working For Me U Can Do W/e U Want.. LOOSING WEIGHT ISNT HARD JUST GOTTA BE DETERMAINED AND ALSO DEDICATED THATS WHY ALOT OF PEOPLE THERE DIETS DONT LAST LONG BECAUSE OF THAT REASON THEY EXPECT TO LOOSE WEIGHT IN LIKE A WEEK IT TAKES TIME... AND IF YOUR WILLING TO THEN LOOSING WEIGHT WILL BE A PIECE OF CAKE... I LOST 67 LBS IN.. IN 9 WEEKS AS OF RIGHT NOW

it all about the genes man.. lol... i am stuck... I am 5'4 with 17" arms... no neck, and a 44" chest... i am built a like a tank.. lmao...
 
does any body know about any nutrition centers around miami or kendall area. i cant afford to pay 45 and more dollars every month for supplements
 
alright another update since i like seening my progress well pretty much 2 weeks ago i was at 188 i lost 12 more lbs and im down to 176 after taking fat burn 3 i can see the difference i am getting more cut and it makes me sweat and not get as tired i can finish my work out and be str-8 so far i been trying to change up my workouts doing different things each day since i was doing full body but progress is doing good i really dont know at what weight i want to stop at i was thinkin 170 or 160 cuz i dont wanna be all built just thin and cut thats alll but i will post more progress and some piks later on as a progressing from start to my goal
 
My last weight was 173lbs. Going to Bootcamp now so I know Im gonna loose weight (loose muscle mass) which sucks but I'll just have to start over when I get back.

i got a gym membership with my friend so im going every day and pushing my self harder each time, i was just wondering, if i go from like 6 to 7, is it pointless or even bad to do like 30 pushups at night around 10 before i shower?

as in, should i keep that closer till after my work out, or is it still good even if its hours after the workout
 
i live in naples and i just joned the new lifestyle gym in noth naples it really nice

just putting that out there lol so if ne1 wanna go im down NO HOMO
