I don't know the cost seems up there. I don't know if a lot of people could afford it, bring the price down and the chances of this happing should be better.

yes but EVERYONE knows how to drive, race schools just teach you how to go faster. drifting is a totally new skill so you dont get as much 'advancement' in a few days.

also, 1500 courses usually provide a car as part of that charge and are on REAL sweet courses. since learning drift you dont want to go more than 30-40 at first, most any course (that also will have walls to eat a novices car) that is good to learn at isnt worth that kind of rental fee.

How many 'people with a lot of money' are going to attend this, and reattend to further advance their skills.

lol....rumor has it that this kid by the name of Raffi spent $10,000 in Texas to get tought how to drift by a professional drifter. And he still sucks....hahahaha

Thanks Jerome for starting this rumor you fucker! If i had $10,000 to spend, it would all be gone on Strippers, prostitutes, drugs and beer in one day!

This school should be interesting.....the owner should contact all the local pro drivers and give them jobs so they teach others.

lol screw that... waste of time...

www.skipbarber.com

go to that school lol who in gods name would actually go to a "drifting" school to beat the shit outta their own car and what if they only have a "dodge neon" what purpose will that serve in drifting?

skip barber lets you drive porsces, Bmw's, dodge vipers, and open wheel cars learn to drive real cars rather than waste money using your bone stock pos.

and your using skipbarbers cars... sure they are pricey but your getting lessons from Professional race car drivers... id rather learn to drive a real car than drive a stock piece of shit.

skipbarber > all

plus their track is at Sebring right here in Florida, and they utilize the entire track.

^^ Skip barber is also thousands and thousand of dollars.

actually it's $1,350 for a whole 2 days with a RX8 teaching you...in a wet skidpad. so your kind of getting some drifting skills and they also teach you heel-toe-downshift and other "secrets" (thats what the site says )

Edit: NVM thats for "road etiquette"

its this one...

but i still think its worth the 3,699-ish cuz ur using their cars, and tires, and fuel...

that's not too bad if you get plenty of lessons, a car and seat time (?). normal events in sebring are north of $250 and you have to put the car, risk damage, tires, gas etc etc etc...does come with a teacher in them Driver Eds, but mine wasn't very helpful....***** i miss my car already!
