OK my ? is dose the oil pan have a gasket(cork, rubber) or is it a liquid gasket(ultra flange)? i didn't see any thing in a online parts catalog so i was just wondering.

it originally had gasket either paper or cork. You can use a liquid though.

Every time I've used the cork gasket, it ended up leaking. RTV is your best bet.
