Oil's leaking... Help me figure out what this contraption is!

I don't have the money for a T-5 right now... nor can I even find one to see how much they are.

I'm prolly gunna take it to my friend's Dad's shop and use his lift to do it.
Maybe if I ask nice enough he'll give me a T-5? =P

Is it for sure the main rear seal? [As per the pictures]
I had to add oil today... and that's a scary thought. I need this fixed ASAP. I'm not sure when I can use his shop... it might be a week it might be a month and I can't really wait a month, you feel?

But if I take it to his shop I'm gunna swap out the O2 sensors, re-seal it, and throw in some new plugs. And, if he has a T-5 laying around that I can buy, I'll pop that in, too.
Anyone want to contribute to the 'Fix Scott's Car' fund?
