Ok, Drifter's lets be serious with our cars....

....lol, there he goes again. Here's a little common sense for your ASSumptions.... My car at the time had no performance upgrades. I felt that i would rather watch than go out and tear something up that was not made to take abuse. It was strictly a show car... lets not forget, that was a year ago that i was seen at that track which was the only time you would have been able to see my car parked and not performing some kinda way. Now i practice... an the car is very much sideways... im sure our paths will cross...

Besides....i forget sometimes that idiots demand so much attention. so i will give you the attention you desire.

Yet you make this post about how "we" need to step it up to your level. You contradict yourself.

If you are getting sideways, good for you. If we provoked you to learn how, even better. Im not really taking any personal offense to all this. I just like causing ruckus. I slide very little, if not at all. I wish I could change that, but I live on a 3x2 island. Drive the keys and you will notice 110 miles of STRAIGHT roads. We have our spots, and they are very much used *when I do have a car*

The difference between the two of us is this. I know I am very unskilled at drifting. I dont flaunt that people need to get better. I let them do their own thing.
 
i never stated any such comment.... never said for anyone to step up to my level or anything of such nature! Nor do i flaunt like im this great driver.... i just seek to encourage.... i will always attempt to push others to be their best.... even when im at my worst......

naw, you just said for everyone to "look" the part just like you are doing. most people could give a **** what their car looks like. They like it one way...sideways. Some drivers HAVE been noticed in ugly cars. HachiBill drove a pretty plain looking car, and he still got into FD. Chelsea's miata was gold.....thats it, he went out for FD. Harri's car was semiflat black. Juans coupe looked liked it was gonna fall apart. There was even a young man who went by GreasyMule *god bless his little soul* who had one headlight that didnt go down, more dents than he had HP, and steel wheels.

Everyone mentioned are INCREDIBLE drivers, I fully believe that they could try out for a FD liscense and pass with flying colors. They prioritize car parts to get them noticed. Like I said in my PM, your car Looks amazing. It is one of the nicest I have seen down here. I think you are doing this backwards. I would feel pretty bad running out on track to rip off your CF bumper because you just ate the wall. I would hate taping your side skirts to your gorgeous paint, and would be sick if we had to tow this thing off track.

If you are partially or fully sponsored, them you have no problem with your aero or wheels being replaced. It sucks blowing 2-3grand in the amount of time it took to understeer into the wall......the wall that just ate your hard work and dreams.

I meant what I said 3 months ago, everything else after has been flat out antagonizing. Alot can happen in 3 months. You might be the best ****ing drifter in SFL, but get it on track and shut us the **** up. End of story.

i dont see any kissing being done,**** the making up part. nices cars ftw!, drift cars are overrated anyways tokyo drift is coming out soon anyways.....

it all depends what your goals are, you people dont have to agreen on one thing thats why god gave us individuality. its just a fact that you NEED a nice car becuause it will give give you more points, in the pros, than if you had a beat up drift car. why do yo think that Hachibill and chelsea and even harri (which is hard to notice but if you look closely he tried) where working on their cars 24/7 days before the event? well i know hachibill painted his car , chelsea repainted his car and did massive cosmetic work, and harri got bumpers.

now if your just a guy that likes drifting then you dont need to press so much attention to your looks, or they dont have to be such a high priority becuase at this point your not being judged.

350z is just trying to say that it is better to have a nice car to drift because it represents yourself in a better light to the people higher up in status. It will give you a better chance at "making it"

What KW is trying to say is that Looks dont matter, Bill made it anyways with a somewhat beat up looking S13. Not all people want to "make it" and for those that do they can pursue there dreams in the order the y feel is necessary. Not everyone wants to drift a nice car because they know they will end up fixing a bumper or somthing next event they go to. He is saying that its not the quality of the car but its the quality of the driver. If you drive good you will make it.



We all have dreams, and we all have priorities too. Priorities are just going to have to come first. You have to get done what you have to get done and there is no if's and's or but's about it. If you feel that your car should look better than it drives (or than you drive it) then be my guest and put a 5000 dollar paint job on it. But if performance and own personal skill are at the top of your list then start saving up for those new coilovers, or that new motorswap youve been wanting to get and buy all the tires you can and registering for all the events possible. Its all up to YOU in the end, not the other person online.

you mentioned that bill and harri and everyone else that competed in the fd tryouts. well you were not there, so shut the f u c k up. you dont your head from your a s s. the only one that got into fd, without having to go to cali to try out again, was a coralla that looked nice, real ricey. yes it does matter what your car looks like plan and simple. if you want to compete in a pro level you need a nice car, if you want to street drift or go to events just to have fun thats very much your choice. but plz dont talk if you dont know. i have been reading this and couldnt take it anymore. i know Three5oZee and have talked to him he is very modist and very coo guy.

Bill had to slide again......big ****ing whoop, he still got noticed. Obviously the corolla had some skill, which is why he got picked. If you seriously think he got picked hecause he had a nice car, then you are just as retarded.

ps - you need to look into some sort of dictionary or night classes. You forgot how to structure sentences *keke*

Since when is anything so obvious? There's no need to rehash old events but the Corolla was let in b/c he knew the officials, plain and simple. He sucks and I promise you not one good thing will become of his car or his driving in FD anytime soon. I don't care what you or anyone else says, the proof will be this season.
 
yeah he suced hardcore there was like 8 other people who did way better than him, I mean the corrolla spun twice in his three runs and almost spun on his "good" run and he qualified

Yeah I agree with dori dori, I have the mag article that is one year old. It's states that the kid is great friends with alex phifer and most ppl that have anything to do with FD.
 
he was staying in the same hotel room as taka anno one of the judges also his best friend
