okay WTF?

Driver
To start:

1. Rebuilt motor
2. Ran for about a minute a tooth off (on distributor, had to adjust it past where bolt would be) ,cant find it again
3. SO, went back to TDC, reset everything.

: Car has fuel, spark, injector pulse, everything plugged in, and again, CAR RAN BEFORE (after rebuild, just took out distributor to re-stab it) and havent gotten it started again)

Have had it here and tried to start and no bueno.....
Stumped....... help?

looks like that dot on the camgear is not lined up with the chain but i dont know if its the same as on the sr
 
Its on compression, otherwise rotor wouldn't point to #1, chain is set on time, but motors been turned over a few times, but its set dead-on on the chain per FSM.

And the dist is set to the punch, not the dowel like some ppl have done.

compressions fine, new plugs, wires in correct order, new cap, rotor, blah blah blah

Well boys and girls, after a few minutes of finagaling, it started right up and runs right in the middle of the adjustment zone, so for some reason when I set it this way before I mustve been off a little either way, so apparently follow the pictures and your KA will run like a champ:bigthumbu
