overhauling your LSD

i would say change the oil... or change the clutch plates if you're d1 with a clutch lsd.. btw, that video sucks.

They are playing Drift bible in the Costco Tire center.... WTF.
Anyway, yeah change the plates on a clutch type or change the oil. You have to remember the Drift Bible is translated so it sounds different in english... where they said "overhaul" he may have said something that has a slightly different meaning in Japanese.

i'm not saying have a clutch type lsd is D1 but if you have to change the clutches every few months, you're really riding the car hard.
For the most part a clutch type lsd should last a good amount of time, if installed properly. You would have to see how hard you use your lsd and then change the lsd oil accordingly for it to last awhile. Let's just say I have a pretty good amount of experiance with lsd's, thanks to some weird problems with a 2way I had.
Oh the Drift Bible is not a bad video as some people make it out to be. It helps the beginner grasp the idea of drifting and some basic practice techniques that work surprising well for a beginner. It's also something good to watch when your bored.
