Its a HUGE!! Empty lot on Sunrise and 441 not really residential... Any possibility of getttin maybe a lil gymkhana session or suttin? How would we get that goin?

Its been under construction for some time now pretty much just leveling out the land or what not... Ive slid it about a year ago broad daylight.. pretty fun... 3rd gear type shit with nothing in sight to hit :D
 
been there, I actually called the City of Lauderhill, and they said Kmart owns that lot. Its been underconstruction for a while now. That would be sick to rent it for a day!

Someone with credentials should try n make that happen :) its wayyyy bigger than the Fairgrounds.. it would be sicknesss
 
that spot won't happen and will never happen..... reason why, it is right on 441....to much traffic, to many cars going by....the city will never allow it. it is a sick spot though...been by it many times, but the actual pavement is hilly, up and down....
 
Wow where were you a few years back?

This is old news. It will never happen and if you hit n run the spot you deserve to get caught.
