power windows&sunroof fuse keeps blowing

ok so while cars off change the fuse and turn key over on and they work fine. bu twhen i start the car and run it, they dont work. does anybody know what it could be? im gonna ckeck every fuse on the kick panel, might be another fuse too but never had that problem. let me kjnow thanks
