Question on fender/roll/pull

I have my fenders rolled and pulled a bit at the moment but im looking to fit wider wheels outback and I checked some other car for reference and was told that the quarters were pulled. Is that considered the same as a fender pull? I never heard of quarter pull unless it's sunk in from a accident.

Yeah the fenders were pulled and since it was the rear quarter panels they called it that.

He used a pipe and that is an easy way to get a consistent roll.

i rolled mine the same way as that pink s14 up there..

Im trying to avoid the flared out look so im looking to pull my fenders and cut to clear for the tires.

pulling them is what gives them the flared look. Why would you want to cut anything unless you are going with overs?

Pulling as the quarter area not the edge of the fender which would make it flared.
