Racing hood pins?

I just finished installing hood pins on my car, and I'd say everything you do really depends on whether you do it right. If you installed the hood pins right and they're sturdy, I don't see why not. But if your shit is wobbling all over the place, then you get the idea.

Me, I'm running mine with the latch for the moment. I'll eventually remove it.

The only thing I don't like about just running pins is that I feel more unsafe about the stuff under my hood. Lol (thieves)

pins are prolly SAFER too keep hood down if you install them correctly. there is no 'release' that could accidentally open or let go. but the fear of someone opening hte hood unwanted is there. i hate that but I dont think ill run masterlocks lol. but since i dont street drive, i could inbetween events i guess... hmmm.

The ones I'm looking at are long, have a loop that attaches to the pin that slides into place. I wish I knew how to put the pic up so you guys could see. I'm leaning twords these cause they are like $20.

They will work, don't worry lol.
Mine didn't look too expensive either xD

Don't know how. I'm not computer literate.

I'm gonna get them cause I'm bout 90% sure I've seen these on a ton of cars.
Yeah don't sweat it.

I had to use a BF drill, and a saw to cut through the first layer before getting to the actual hood.
