Racing on Highway Infraction (acceleration)

from what i was aware of,,because its a criminal infraction my license would be suspended for a year if i pleaded guilty/.

I've been handling my own tickets for about 10 years. You don't need a lawyer. A plea of no contest, while technically a form of a guilty plea, will allow you the opportunity to tell the judge your side of the story. Its not as bad as you think - they're very fair but IF you're lying, they can usually smell it. Have some statutes handy and understand the infraction you were written up for and, assuming you're telling the truth, the judge should have no problem dismissing your ticket.

Hey anthony. Remeber back when I got that ticket for fishtailing in my neighborhood. I went to court and plead not contest and they WOULDNT LET me say a word. They said at the very beginning of court. If you plead no contest it means you are not guilty nor innocent, you just want to get it over with. Once you plead it you cannot say anything they said. Im like WHAT THE FUCK YO! They dropped the price 10bux, which ended up beaing 2 dollars more that the beginning because court cost was 12bux. lol
