rearend noises??

for like 2 or 3 months now ive been hearing/feeling a clunk/knock in my rearend usually from the middle or rear right but cant seem to figure out what it is

its only noticable coming out of first or changing to 2nd..the higher gears i dont feel or hear nothing

im thinkin its my j30 cuz ill wiggle the driveshaft and hear a knock inside the pumpkin..

anyone else ever have this problem??

any possible solutions that dont include getting rid of the diff cuz that shits a bitch to take down..

Im pretty sure its the subframe bushings you have 2 options first subframe spacers second get new subframe bushings the easiest/cheapest way to go is subframe spacers you can find them on ebay all day around 60-70 bucks shipped.
