Removing S13 Butterflies In Intake Manifold??????

What up SFL I got An S13 manifold and i wanna know if i remove the butterflies in the manifold will that make any diference in idle or air flow....basically if any body has done it or know about this lmk i know it has some type of vaccume there ill leave that in but unscrew the butterflies. thanks for any help:bigthumbu
 
when the emmissions are removed they go to and ive had 2 motors without them and no change in idle
 
u take it all off, then u make a blockoff plate for the end wher the vac diaphram was bolted too and if thers a center screw on the shaft (mine is single cam idk if dual cam has the screw) make sure u put it back on or ull have a leak
