Rolling fenders Anyone ???

hey guys i was looking into rolling my fenders soon and wanted to know around how much would this go for in all for tires and is there anyone in here that does this

do it how its done in good ol japan! get a bat. stick it into the top of the tire. and my the car forward and back!! theres an actualy video on it.

i recently did my fenders with a baseball bat and it came out pretty nice, even and smooth, and i really had no experience at all, it was my first time doing it.
