ROM tune - HELLLLLP!!!

Does anybody locally have an enthalpy or other ROM tuned ECU?

I'm going from a kouki to an old style harness and am having trouble with getting spark to cyl 2. I have a feeling the ecu I bought is the problem since the access LED stays on and I know the daughterboard is secure. What I'd like to do is borrow (for only a few minutes) an Enthaly tuned ecu (or any rom tuned sr ecu), install my roms, and test the car. I would like to be 100% sure the problem is the ECU itself and not the ROMs or the wiring (I'm 99.9999999% sure I wired correctly). We can even go backwords and use my ecu on your car if that makes you more comfortable. All this can be done in under 15mins.

Before anyone chimes in - I am 100% sure its not the spark plugs or coilpack and I know that I'm getting fuel.

Free food, gas money, bad company, and bad music for anyone that helps.

I know the z32 is wired correctly and working properly (works with my power fc).
 
I have problems with the power FC.

Seen multiple power FC "gurus" about it, nobody can figure it out.

Basically, the power FC won't hold an idle. Instead, it hunts between 900rpm and 1800rpm - sometimes it just dies. Annoying to say the least. If I set the idle by means of the screw on the throttle plate, I can hold a steady idle but only at/around 2000rpm which is a little rediculous. I've tried cleaning the IACV, swapping it, messing with vaccum, checking for leaks, CAS swap, MAF swap, injectors, ect ect. The only thing left is to get a new engine harness but I don't even know if that will help since, somehow the pfc worked fine before I upgraded my turbo, MAF, and injectors. Nothing makes sense and I'm over it.
