RPMS with A/C

So recently my car started to act funny while the A/C was on. When Im drving its fine but when im coming up to a light i put it in neutral and let it roll to the light, the rpms drop to 700ish for a sec then go up to like 1500 or higher until the car has been stopped for about 6 or 7 seconds then it drops down to like 800-900ish?

my question is why does it sit at around 1500 while rolling with the ac is on? :confused:when the ac is off it just goes to idle when rolling.

(no im not going to take the a/c out)
 
Maybe your IACV. I just sprayed the shit out of my throttle body(Behind throttle plate) with brake cleaner (or I think they sell Throttle body cleaner now) and it cleaned it right up. Started up the car a few times to burn up all the brake cleaner and then just drove away, ran great. You might wanna let it sit for a minute.
 
ok maybe ill try that but i dont think it'll do much because it only happens with the ac and i just recently did the seafoam on it, but it wont hurt to try...

any other suggestions?
