rusted trunk progress...

well my coupe has a clean body no dents or nuttin only area of concern is the trunk i mean damn i havent seen a trunk look this bad... so much rust i have 2 holes in here well im going to fix all that i have some before and after piks i am not completely done yet but more pik to come when i finish this lil project...

sanded and ready for paint... * fuking rust *




now painted with rustoleum paint to prevent rust



more piks to come once i finish this project...im thinkin of just fiber glassing the whole messed up part since i have no welder so interesting project for me 2 do
 
Just cut out the entire well and put a flat peice of metal all the way across. Since you don't have a welder just rivet it.
 
damn why couldnt i think of that lolz but im still gonna continue the project gives me something 2 do since i aint working
 
There is no point in doing that you just cant paint over rust and call it day.. Cut the rust out and get a sheet of metal lay some silicon and rivet that shit.. Or take it to a shop and get it done the correct way...
 
cut out the trunk and lay in a flat sheet metal and put in a fuel cell, when shit breaks it means its an opportunity to upgrade
 
rust is cancer! u cant put a band-aid on it! u have to cut it all out or it will spread! period!
