rx7 guys - ever drift in a manual rack?

i dont have power steering, luck or unlucky (not decided whether or not i like it) my fc came with a manual rack. from the rx7 forums some ppl like it but most almost all including myself of course know in a drift it locks up on us 75% of the time. but my question goes whos sliding in one.... i plan on attending the aug 3rd event at county line but idk how ill do with a manual rack....

any feed back?

well i wasnt drifting a rx7 but i drifted my supra with a depowered rack for 6 events i loved it i like slideing beter without power steering but im a big mofo so i have that stregnth to cut the wheel hard when needed.

Never done it, doesn't matter, just more work, slide on.

its fine. i like power steering but thats just me. if you end up doing the spindle mod for angle then that will also act as a steering quickener . i think j lowe uses a manual rack and he doesnt seem to be having a problem with it.

awesome. iv been reading up on the spindle mod but idk where to find a set made already or who can low and angle it then weld the ones on my car
