I have good news guys....I spoke to Bobby Diehl from Port Charlotte Raceway...told him we are in a situation where there is going to be no tire changer at this event sunday. Well with my good fortune....He said he will hook it up...we now(99% sure) have a tire changer machine for us to take full effect with! +1 to Bobby Diehl :bigthumbu

Hopefully it doesnt come disassembled, like that tent at the last demo

Has anyone addressed the entry fee for spectators at this event. Just for us to spectate at the demo it was out of control, like $20-25. That's gonna kill spectators who are used to $10-15 entry fees.

What is the cost going to be for spectators?

as it says on the flyer and on the websit (you pople need an education s you can lean to read down there :D I JOKE!) Spectators are $10

but seriously, I hope all of you, especially drivers are taking the time to read the site. I am very strict with our policies and if you don't read, you may find yourself upset at the event. Ask anyone who has been to our Atlanta events. I don't play around. I have gotten a lot of e-mails and phone calls about things that are clearly stated on the drivers page of our site...which leads me to believe that no one is taking the time to read the policies. SO PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO DO SO IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY.

Tracy is hard core. We found out in atl at drift fury 4 in the morning so I'd take her word on that.

And Eh-hemm Your margins on driftfury.com almost cover up the spectator cost on the flyer. And the word "spectator" is sooooo tiny compared to the other ones. I just overlooked it. Hahaha No seriously I overlooked it. Eh.... Eugene FTL.... Next time I'll learn how to read.

ANYWAY... See you guys there!

Yes Tracy is Serious and Awesome, Thank you for the phone call today. Really apprieciate the level of professionalism for our satisfaction and safety. I do not take your time for granted. I faxed it over soon after. Thank you gain.

Tracey,

I was reading through the Tech requirements. For the batter, does it actually need a metal tie down. My battery is ducttapped to my frame... Do I need to quickly fab a tie down or will this be okay?

If it is relocated it needs a box. If it is in the stock location it needs to be suecure. I don't think that duct tape is sufficient.

Tracy,

I have a battery tie down fabricated. Tech sheet says we need to covered terminals? How do people do this? I am clueless. Do I just tape over them? Or rubber cover?

Please help ASAP

Justin

^^ yea im confuzzled bout this one,, well, somewhat,, i understand its dangerous if something sparks from them,,

It's for protection, you don't want anything that is highly conductive hitting the terminals by accident(mainly the positive one). The battery terminals covers are pretty cheap and can save you a lot of stress. Here are just some examples of them. . .

I got ones exactly like those from AutoZone. Good thing they were open until 10pm. I tried to install them but my battery is soo teeny and my battery posts don't even stick up 1/2 inch so the rubber boots didn't cover very well.... Soo I just tucked everything together and forced it to fit...

I hope this passes inspection.. It all looks ok.

My helmet has a stamp on the back of it that says SNELL Approved DOT

Is this good enough? It was purchased new in 2003.

Checklist is done:...

I just put a rubber cover, it's like $2 at discount. I picked them up when I did my tune up shopping.
