well i was looking around at pictures and seen an s13 with the kouki front i know i would need bumber, fenders, and hood but the real question is does it bolt right up or do i need to fab parts to make it fit...can some body give me some info or point me in the right direction thanks

I belive besides the parts u listed you need the headlight brackets and the rad support but not 100% sure on the rad support. As for the fender you can buy s13.4 conversion fenders or cut s13 and s14 fenders and weld toghter.
 
/\/\/\/\ all correct you will need:

s14 bumper
s14 hood you have to modify hinges
s13.4 conversion fenders or cut s14 & s13 and combine
fender brackets to align right
s14 head lights and corner lights also with custom brackets
s14 radiator support (recommended) you can also cut the oem s13 one to fit lights
And wire the lights up and u'r good to go:bigthumbu
 
I think Sean Love was the first person to do this and he's probably the best person to get technical advice from if you run into a problem or have a specific question.
