s13 ka to s14

ive researched a little and i plan on building the ka from my hatch i wrecked. ive looked around and want to know my options...swapping it into another s13 would go smooth but i was wondering how much of a headache itd be to swap it into an s14? if i had to i could use my s13 5 speed and swap over? probably need s14 slave cylinder pedals and what not but the tranny would work right? iver researched this a little and found that there are a few differences but i want to hear some input from someone whos done this or knows...thanks.

you need to get a s14 distributor and you need to drill a hole on your bellhousing for the crank position sensor if your going to use your s13 tranny.search nico.i had the same problem and found most of everything on nico.and you need to get a s14 speed sensor

^thats a good question, i had 2 friends do this recently, the answer is out there in so many places just search, i think the easiest thing to do turned out to be to swap out just the physical motor, while keeping everything obd1 s13

if your going from obd1 to obd2 swap the manifolds over, i jus finished swapping a 96 in my 92 and im using everything obd1. the plugs on the s14 mani and s13 are both different
