s13 ka vs s14 ka

so i did a search and i couldnt find any answers, does anyone know which ka is better? i believed it was the s13 but then i heard otherwise, i would like to know what you think.
 
i heard something about the cams being different in the s14 idk im planning on a big boost build and i need to buy a block.

block is the same the cams are slightly diff and the manifolds s14 is obd2 s13 obd1
 
the cams you are referring to are 91 cams and the exhaust cam specifically. and why not just get some BC's or Crowers. NEW cams > 18 years old cams

only diffrance is 1 bolt in the valve cover and the biggest and best diffrence is the top half of the intake personaly id run a s14motor no emmisions with the proper botom half of the intake depending on my car with a s14 top half of the intake manditory
 
and i would 91 exhaust cams on both sides with 89 flattop pistons to get a 13:1 compresion ratio lol cuz i got huge fucken balls if u want a bad ass N/a of course but u need headstuds and proper head gasket last time i ranthis set up it ranhard until head gasket blew

this was the last KA i put togther before i got rid of my coupe truck never really ran right but thats cause im a dumbass i rebuilt the block and not the head and im pretty sure i lost compression after running it for like a week even with arp studs and a metal gasket if your gonna do it then do it right you half ass it your gonna end up walkin home

yeah definitely im kind of a perfectionist so it will be complete
 
95 s14 ka is NOT OBD2. S13 cams just push the peak power upwards. The S14 intake manifold flows better
